Chris has over 20 years of experience in product management, marketing and software development having held several senior leadership positions. Before joining Jacada, Chris founded a successful software consulting company providing large scale software systems to Fortune 500 companies. Outside of work, Chris enjoys app development, automated trading algorithms and provides pro-bono legal services. Chris is also the author of "Brand Activism, Inc." which profiles the rise of corporate influence. Chris holds a BS Computer Science from Rhodes University, a JD from Concord Law School and is admitted to practice in the State Bar of California.

Dylon Mills is the Product Marketing Director for Jacada. As such, Dylon’s main responsibilities are to strategize, create and deliver content for Jacada’s product portfolio that align with the global Go-To-Market strategy, corporate positioning, and marketing campaigns. He spends most of his days learning of new strategies and methods for improving the interactions between customers and the organizations they interact with. More specifically, Dylon is interested in how the evolution of digital resources can positively impact customer support experiences as well as the organizations bottom line. Dylon’s prior work experience includes Product Management at one of the top Fortune 500 Technology companies, Symantec Corporation. Dylon holds a BS Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia.
